This 3-month program consists of twelve 1:1 sessions, which are designed to inspire positive behavioural shifts and help you adopt gentle, holistic practices for a life that constantly honours your body. Getting your period back aka Hypothalamic Amenorrhea

The super stabby cramps, mood swings, the ‘omg do I have a spare tampon’ panic are all things that suck…until you don’t have to deal with them anymore, then you wish for them like nothing else. As a sufferer of Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA), I’ve been there too, but having got my period back, I now help others do the same.

Periods disappear for plenty of different reasons but they’re also super important for health and happiness.

If you’re dealing with HA, you can get your period back. Coaching will provide you with support and techniques to get your cycle back for good.

Rebuilding healthy body image

There is no instant cure; good things take time. Body image coaching provides support and long-term solutions to get you respecting and caring for your body. Together we’ll work towards a place of body acceptance where you’ll feel proud and grateful for what your mama gave you.

Intuitive Eating (IE)

This approach transformed my life and helped me unlearn what I used to think was right. Together we’ll work through these principles to rediscover the joy of eating, mindful movement and respect for self. IE was the missing piece that allowed me to achieve full recovery from an eating disorder and re-build a positive relationship with food and exercise.

Chronic Conditions

From depression and anxiety, to chronic fatigue and PCOS, I’ve got your back. Finding ways of coping and reclaiming back your life can be tricky. But with extra support you’ll discover just how strong and confident you can be. We’ll focus extensively on therapeutic nutrition, lifestyle changes and exercise to help you regain control over all aspects of your life.
