Strawberry Chia Oat Breakfast Parfait

Can’t decide between oats, a chia pudding or yoghurt and your favourite toppings for breakfast? Why not have it all! 

This sweet and satisfying breakfast hits all the nutrient bases and is super satisfying with the crunchy oats, smooth chia pudding, and creamy yoghurt topped with fruit.

A definite crowd pleaser and easy to prep the night before in a beautiful jar for breakfast the next day.

Strawberry Chia Oat Breakfast Parfait

Serves 4


  • 250g fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups plain or non-dairy yoghurt
  • 1 cup toasted muesli
  • 1 batch chia pudding
  • 1 tbsp honey, plus extra to drizzle


  1. Grab 4 clean mason jars or serving bowls and evenly divide toasted muesli between the jars
  2. Repeat, dividing the chia pudding on top and smooth out evenly to cover the muesli.
  3. Place yoghurt in a small blender and add half the strawberries, plus the honey and blend together.
  4. Divide strawberry yoghurt between jars and top with extra sliced strawberries and a drizzle of honey. Cover jar with lid and store in the fridge or enjoy straight away.
