Although I’m not physically there to walk you through each exercise (the only difference) you can send through videos where I correct your technique and give you pointers to focus on next time.
To make sure you stay on track I’ll be checking in with you daily via our messaging platform to discuss training, nutrition or lifestyle habits so you can continue to make progress and work through any roadblocks that pop up along the way.
