Kate is a mother of three and a former model with a psychology degree to boot. Her “ah ha” moment happened during the birth of her daughter where she vividly remembers the doctor saying “hey skinny” as her beautiful baby girl entered the world. Who am I and Why Did I Create This Program?

Hi I’m Sarah King, an exercise physiologist, intuitive eating counsellor, and health coach empowering women to find their healthy balance with food, fitness and their bodies.

I created the Healing Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Group Program for one simple reason – to help as many women as I can recover their period, rediscover food freedom, find balance with fitness, and improve their body image.

Being in the fitness industry myself I looked perfectly “healthy” from the outside, but inside was telling a different story.

I had NO period for 10 years, had terrible digestive issues, and my bone health was not so great either.

My body was exhausted and desperate for a break.

I wanted to keep growing my business as an exercise physiologist, but I knew in order to help others – and truly be a good role model for balanced wellbeing – I had to help myself first.

So I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about healing hypothalamic amenorrhea naturally, because I knew deep down that even after 10 years, I could get my period back.

And low and behold it did!

From that point onwards I started to specialise in women’s health and hormones as a practitioner, throwing myself into professional development courses and upskilling to ensure I could help other women going through the same experience I did.

I’ve seen programs exactly like this but MUCH more expensive - is this price and course the real deal?
100% it’s the real deal! It’s the exact same process I take my 1:1 clients through but for a fraction of the cost. If you make the changes outlined in the program I can guarantee you’ll get a great result.
I'm pretty busy, how much time will it take me to implement the material in this program?

I recommend setting aside about 30 minutes to read the weekly course material and another 1 – 2 hours to implement the changes in the program and jump on the group calls if you can! In reality, that’s less than 1.5% of your week, so not much time at all.

What kind of 1:1 support do I get when I join?

From the very start, you’ll receive personalised 1:1 support! Upon enrolment, you’ll be paired with either Sarah or Elyse as your coach and invited to book a tailored 60-minute coaching session. During this session, we’ll develop a bespoke recovery plan that addresses all aspects of nutrition, exercise, body image, and more.

Throughout the 8-week program, you can message your coach daily and participate in our community forum. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with other participants and receive additional support from us, your coaches. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like; we’re here to provide real-time, practical advice that you can act on immediately.

Additionally, you’ll be offered a discounted rate for 1:1 coaching sessions if you wish to book any extra sessions during your time in the program.

What time are the group calls each week?

The group coaching calls rotate between mornings and evenings to allow people from different time zones. Our current times are 6:30pm Sydney time on Wednesday’s or Thursday’s. There is one group coaching call per week and these are always recorded and shared with the group should you miss the live call. 

When will I get my period back?

I wish I had a crystal ball to tell you EXACTLY when your period will come back, but unfortunately my telepathic powers aren’t that strong. Your period definitely could come back in 8 weeks or less, but don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t. The Healing HA Program will give you ALL the tools you need to recover so you can continue on after the course. I promise that if you consistently implement ALL the changes I outline in the course, and be patient, your period will return.
