Episode 53: Living Courageously and Overcoming Self-Sabotage with Dr. Rebecca Ray

In this episode of Holistic Health Radio, I’m joined by Dr Rebecca Ray. She is a writer, speaker and clinical psychologist with 15 years’ experience specialising in the treatment of depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.
She knows that the space between knowing something needs to change and actually doing something about it can be tumultuous. Navigating through and stepping outside of your comfort zone can be tempered by fear, overwhelm, frustration, self-doubt and the belief that we are simply not good enough.
Yet Rebecca helps her clients calmly overcome these worries so they can turn fears into freedom and move from a state of paralysis to progress.
In today’s podcast Rebecca and I discuss:
- How to live courageously and what that actually means
- Why we self-sabotage and ways to overcome it
- Why self-kindness matters and how to show ourselves more every day
