When you go online to look for resources to support your mental health you often see the same types of articles over and over again: get a therapist or coach for support, practice self-care, eat well, and exercise.

I personally did all the ‘right things’ when it came to recovery from depression and an eating disorder, but the lack of joy I was experiencing almost made me give up and throw in the towel.

The turning point for me came as a huge mindset shift and in this podcast I discuss exactly what I did to cultivate more happiness and joy each day.
