This 6-week program with me is designed to transform your mindset through gentle, intuitive eating principles that set you up for a sustainable positive relationship with food and body.

There will be no impossible goal setting, no use of scales and no eating of the latest superfood. Instead we’ll combine mindful movement with intuitive eating and tonne of science to honour your hunger and get off the diet merry-go-round for good.

Across our 6-week journey, we will build the foundations to help you develop a happier and healthier relationship with your food, exercise, and body. With a strong focus on how to eat for pleasure, how to find joy in exercise, and how to rebuild healthy self-esteem, we’ll get under the skin to learn the science of our bodies, and how to read and respond to the signs it’s sending to us. So expect a transformation both physically and mentally, because you will walk away feeling more aligned with your body, less stressed about what you eat, and more motivation and adrenaline to move.

Week 1: Diet culture detox & honouring your hunger

First up, we break down diet myths, spring clean your social media and fill your cup up with knowledge on how to honour your body by exploring and responding to those gentle hunger nudges.

Week 2: Overcoming food fears & making peace with food

Food is the fuel that lets us be happy healthy humans. In these sessions we look at being kind to ourselves by not only understanding our food fears but learning to challenge our inner food critic so we can experience joy in eating again. 

Week 3: Exploring fullness & Satisfaction

It’s tricky to know the difference, or even accept the sensation. In week 3, we dive deep into what “fullness” actually feels like. Learn techniques on how to create a calm eating environment, and understand why the satisfaction factor is the bullseye when it comes to enjoying your food.. 

Week 4: Emotional Eating

We’ve all been here! If you’ve ever found yourself ready to face plant into a tub of Ben & Jerry’s after a tough week, know you’re not alone.

This week, we break the cycle of emotional eating, by learning simple, practical yet helpful coping strategies we can use when faced with the high’s and low’s of life. 

Week 5: Body Acceptance & Joyful Exercise

Shoe size, eye colour and your body size. What do they have in common you ask? They’re all influenced by genetics. With a good dose of science, a reality check and practical tools, we’ll dive into  why body acceptance is essential to your health and happiness. 

Week 6: Gentle Nutrition & Creating Your Own Food Philosophy

And of course, we saved the best for last. Gentle nutrition is key to body freedom. So in our final week, we’ll learn all about the power of protein, macronutrients, how to balance your plate and the types of food your body that ensures your body feels its best in – so together we can design your own food, exercise and body philosophy. Your very own framework to use, for life.

Is this programme for anyone and everyone?

Yes and no. This course is designed for those who are ready to invest in themselves by learning how to ignore society’s expectations and focus solely on themselves and their relationship with food, exercise and their body exercise.

If you’ve ever:

→  Had a history with disordered eating;
→  Feel you are spiralling into a negative relationship with food and want to break the cycle;
→  Experienced an emotionally loaded/fuelled and potentially toxic relationship with food; or
→  Found yourself struggling with body image and obsessively trying new diets.

Then this is the course for you.

What exactly happens in the 6 weeks?

Completely online, the course will cover a different topic each week, with a workbook filled with a bit of homework and learnings to help you fully understand Intuitive Eating and how to apply it in your own personal context.

Because it’s hard going it alone, you’ll also get 1 private personal coaching call, join the weekly group call and be part of the FB support group. These steps are all incredibly important parts of the process and provide much needed support. We’ve all been there, and we’re all going and growing through it together.

Can I start anytime?

This course runs in 6-week blocks 3 times a year. This is to make sure it is super personal, ultra focused and truly powerful.

Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll have a few great extension options to stay part of the family and receive on-going support.
