Who Better Balance Training is for:
✓ Those who have recently recovered from HA, have had 3 recovery cycles and are looking to return to sustainable exercise.
✓ Those who are working on their relationship with food and exercise and are seeking an exercise program which shifts the focus towards improving body function, rather than aesthetics.
Who Better Balance Training isn’t for:
✘ Those in ED or HA recovery who have been directed to refrain from exercise by a health professional or health coach.
✘ Those with a BMI of less than 18.

ABOUT LUCY:
Lucy has worked in the fitness industry for 3 years and has experience in coaching clients both 1:1 and in a group fitness setting. Lucy’s own personal experience in reintroducing exercise post-recovery led her to seeking out further professional development in this area, gaining a thorough understanding of female physiology, fertile signs and sustainable training practices.
Lucy believes that when it comes to training, there is no one size fits all approach. She will work closely with you to build the best possible program for you, whilst supporting you in building a positive and healthy relationship with exercise.
