You’ll receive a training program specific to your goals and lifestyle, with educational content and demos, feedback on your form and 1-2-1 support providing daily accountability.
Better Balance Training is an 100% online personal training and exercise physiology program, meaning you can live anywhere in the world and still work with us!

Elyse is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and studying to become an exercise physiologist. She has almost 10 years’ experience within the fitness industry, six of those years were spent working onboard cruise ships.
During that time, Elyse worked with many different clients worldwide, developing programs and running fitness classes. Needless to say, she doesn’t get seasick! While, it was an incredible learning experience, Elyse is happy to have hung up her floaties for a life here on land.
Elyse’s own personal experience in reintroducing exercise post-recovery led her to seeking out further professional development in this area, gaining a thorough understanding of female physiology, fertile signs and sustainable training practices.
Elyse believes that when it comes to training, there is no one size fits all approach. She will work closely with you to build the best possible program for you, whilst supporting you in building a positive and healthy relationship with exercise.
