38. The 1% Mindset for Making Meaningful Progress

During recovery from my eating disorder I gained an incredible amount of resilience that I never through I’d have to use again.

However, life has a way of throwing challenges at you when you least expect it, and this mental toughness was something I relied on once again to recover from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea and get my period back after 10 years.

But by far the hardest challenge I’ve had to face over the past 3 years has been my struggle with chronic pain.

Invisible illness is something so many people struggle with. Maybe you’re one of them. It could be migraines, hormonal issues, endometriosis, autoimmune conditions like crohn’s or a long list of others.

It could also be mental health.

Regardless of what you’re going through I want you to know you’re a powerful person.

And as a powerful person you can achieve great things. However, in order to get there you need to adopt the 1% mindset shift.
